20% surcharge on weekend and evening services (after 6pm).
Rush orders (less than 72h) will be accepted on a case by case basis. Additional fees may apply.
A deposit up to 50% may be required prior to commencement of work.
Payment must be received in full 14 days after invoice date.
Third party expenses (office disbursements) will be included in the final invoice.

Cancellation and refund
A client who orders BLC services may cancel those services and be entitled to a full refund if the client provides adequate notice (according to contract) prior to commencement of the service.
In cases of cancellation where the client has not given the necessary notice, BLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
