• 20% surcharge on weekend and evening services (after 6pm).
• Rush orders (less than 72h) will be accepted on a case by case basis. Additional fees may apply.
• A deposit up to 50% may be required prior to commencement of work.
• Payment must be received in full 14 days after invoice date.
• Third party expenses (office disbursements) will be included in the final invoice.

Cancellation and refund
• A client who orders BLC services may cancel those services and be entitled to a full refund if the client provides adequate notice (according to contract) prior to commencement of the service.
• In cases of cancellation where the client has not given the necessary notice, BLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
